A) Service Requests

Service inquiries may be submitted through our website or via direct communication.

B) Confirmation

A booking or engagement is not confirmed until:

• Scope is agreed upon, and

• Payment (or deposit) is received where applicable

C) Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

3. Fees and Payment

• Fees are outlined per project, session, or engagement

• Payment terms (full or deposit) will be specified prior to confirmation

• All payments are due in USD unless otherwise agreed

Failure to make payment may result in:

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

A) Client Cancellations

• Notice requirements will be specified at booking

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable

B) Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.

C) JONEY Cancellations

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered:

• A rescheduled session, or

• A refund where appropriate

5. Intellectual Property

A) Ownership

All content, frameworks, methodologies, and materials provided by JONEY (including, but not limited to, the Journey Compass) remain the intellectual property of JONEY unless explicitly transferred in writing.

B) License to Client

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their own business purposes.

C) Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce, resell, or distribute JONEY materials

• Use materials for commercial gain outside your organization

• Adapt, rebrand, or present JONEY frameworks as your own methodology in client-facing or commercial contexts.

D) Feedback

If you share feedback about JONEY’s services, we may use it freely without restriction or compensation to you, provided we do not publicly identify you. All feedback is provided “as is,” without any warranties, and we use it at our own risk.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Participate in a timely and collaborative manner

• Take responsibility for implementation of recommendations

JONEY is not responsible for outcomes resulting from failure to implement or misuse of guidance.

All services are strategic and advisory.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific business outcomes

• Revenue growth

• Market performance

Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

JONEY shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

• Decisions made based on our advice

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
